This family fun event scheduled for Saturday, 15th April will see 600+ rubber ducks enter the water at 3pm in Dungarvan in aid of RNLI Helvick Lifeboat Station.
Following last year’s Duck Race event, this year’s event will again take place in Dungarvan town centre on the same weekend as the popular West Waterford Festival of Food.
There will be prizes for the winning ducks. Each duck costs €3 – or two for €5, and they can be bought at local An Rinn & Dungarvan businesses, and from a stall near Davitt’s Quay, Dungarvan Town Center at the festival.
